Sherlockspeurteam VZW reports:
After the disappearance, Sherlockspeurteam VZW and Lostdogzzz VZW decided to join forces to save Bengo.
Flyers were distributed and especially played on social media to achieve a wide reach and receive notifications.
Vincent and Anneleen arrived on site with their detectives Uby and Melvin, through the detective work the zone could be demarcated into an area of forest and fields.
A feeding area was immediately created, a camera and a catch cage were placed.
No effort was too much for the owner who was present day and night together with the teams.
There were a few sight reports and suddenly on day 12 we saw Bengo's sweet face for the first time at the feeding spot and the catch cage.
And yes, as was likely and expected, 2 days later Bengo was back and this slimmer guy almost immediately walked into the catch cage.
Tears of happiness for everyone......finally Bengo is safe.
